Postal Costs and Delivery for UK

Upto £25: £4.00
£26 – £30: £6.00
£31 – £45: £7.00
£46 – £60: £8.50
£60 and over: £12

Deliveries within the UK will normally be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. A larger order may be sent by courier (normally Parcelforce) .

If you wish to order from outside the UK, please contact Jane Booth Ceramics by email to confirm delivery costs.

If goods are in stock they will normally be dispatched within 2 working days. If the products are not in stock items can take up to 6 weeks to make and dispatch. Please allow up to seven days for your order to arrive. Dispatch times will be confirmed by email, on receipt of your order.

Cancellations and Returns

The customer has 7 days to cancel from date of order. Cancellations must be in writing – either email or letter. If the goods are faulty or you change your mind, please notify Jane Booth Ceramics, in writing, within 48 hours of receipt.

If the order is cancelled after it has been dispatched the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Items need to be returned within 14 days, unused and in a saleable condition. They should be appropriately packaged with the order and customer details.

Return postage is at your own expense unless goods are faulty. Please obtain proof of postage.

Jane Booth Ceramics  will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us.  Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.

Please note that all items are individually handmade and there may be slight variations to the size, shape or colours.
