About Jane

I work from my home studio in Bristol UK. My pottery is made with a lot of love and care and because it is handmade each piece is unique.

My work has a nostalgic style, is suitable for everyday use and is dishwasher safe.

I make unique, handthown and hand decorated pottery using mainly terracotta clay.

My work is inspired by many things, including vintage ceramics and classic literature, such as works by Jane Austen and the Brontes. My Storybook range includes quotations and often vintage illustrations.

I use a pastel palette – with the colours of macarons and ice-cream.

My proudest achievement of 2017 was getting my Outlander pottery licensed as Official Merchandise and then selling it through National Trust Scotland. So exciting!
